Terms of Service

By placing an order or using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase fireworks in Indiana. A valid government issued photo ID is required at pickup. Orders placed by anyone under 18 will be canceled without refund of any processing fees and reported if required by law.

All orders are for in store pickup at our licensed Indiana retail location at 1508 N Main St, Crown Point, IN 46307. We do not ship fireworks. We do not deliver. If you do not pick up your order within the hold period described on our Pickup Policy page your order may be canceled and items returned to inventory.

All prices are in US dollars. Items marked "Price TBD" are not charged at checkout and will be priced at pickup. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and adjust inventory at any time. If an item is out of stock after you order we will refund the item and ship the rest of your order (i.e. hold the balance for pickup).

Indiana law requires that fireworks purchased in Indiana be used (a) on the purchaser's property, (b) on property of someone who has consented in writing, or (c) at a properly permitted location. You are solely responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws governing the possession, transportation, and use of the fireworks you purchase.

Fireworks are inherently dangerous. Use only as directed on the product. Always have a sober adult present, use a flat hard surface, keep spectators back, have water on hand, and never attempt to relight a dud. We disclaim liability for injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use or from use in violation of law.

Many states prohibit the possession or transportation of some or all of the fireworks we sell. You are responsible for knowing the laws of any state you travel to or through with your purchase. We cannot offer refunds because fireworks purchased legally in Indiana are not legal where you live.

Payments are processed by Authorize.Net. We do not store your full card number. See our Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled. Charges appear on your statement as the merchant name configured with our processor.

Site content including text, product descriptions, images, and logos is owned by Willy's Works Fireworks or used with permission. You may not reuse it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Indiana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
