Shipping and Delivery Policy

We do not ship
Willy's Works Fireworks does not ship, mail, courier, or deliver any product. Federal and state laws make shipping consumer fireworks impractical for a local retailer, and we do not partner with third party couriers for fireworks either.
In store pickup only
Every order placed online is reserved for pickup at our licensed Indiana retail location:
When you can pick up
Store hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm. Sunday and Monday closed. Seasonal hours around the 4th of July and New Year's may be extended and will be posted on our home page.
What to bring
- Your order confirmation email or order number.
- A valid government issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport).
- The card you paid with, if possible, in case we need to verify.
Sending someone else
If someone else is picking up for you, email or call us in advance with their name. They must be 18 or older with their own valid ID.
Hold time
Orders are held for 14 days after the order date. Orders not picked up within that window may be canceled and restocked. See the Refund Policy for details.
Transporting your purchase
You are responsible for safely transporting your purchase and for knowing the fireworks laws of any state you travel into. Many states prohibit possession of products that are legal in Indiana. We cannot offer refunds because fireworks legally purchased in Indiana are not legal at your destination.
