Refund Policy

All sales final once you leave the store
Once fireworks leave our store they cannot be returned. This is both our policy and a safety requirement — we cannot resell fireworks that have been out of our custody.
Before pickup — you can cancel
If you have not picked up your order yet and have not yet paid at the register, email or call us and we will cancel the order and refund anything you paid online. Refunds typically post back to your card within 5 business days.
At pickup — defective or wrong item
Open the package with us at the counter. If an item is visibly defective, damaged, or does not match what you ordered, we will replace it with the same item (subject to stock) or refund the line item. Tell us before you leave the store — once you leave we can no longer verify the item's condition.
After use — duds and misfires
Duds and misfires are not refundable. Never attempt to relight a dud: soak it in water for at least 20 minutes and dispose of it safely. Manufacturing defects on unused items may qualify for store credit at our discretion if you bring the product and packaging back.
Items not picked up
Orders not picked up within the hold window described in our Pickup Policy may be canceled and returned to inventory. If canceled, we will refund the amount paid online, minus a 10% restocking fee if applicable.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first if something is wrong with your order. We can almost always fix it faster than a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with the processor.
